There’s nothing better than a hot, fresh pizza. The melty cheese, the perfect crust, and the fact that you can pick anything you like to top it off… it’s easy to get excited about that!
When I made these Buffalo Chicken Flatbread Pizzas, the tangy, buttery kick from the Buffalo sauce made a delicious counterbalance for the rich cheese and the juicy chicken, and you’re going to crave this combination all the time.
What’s even better? If you have the chicken and the flatbread already on hand, this is extremely quick to cook. It’s perfect for a solo meal, but it only takes 10 minutes to prepare for an entire family! If you’re craving something spicy, try this for dinner tonight!
Buffalo Chicken Flatbread Pizza
1 piece Quick Yogurt Flatbread
2 tsp olive oil
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 Oven-Fried Chicken Tender, cut into pieces
2 TBSP Buffalo sauce, plus more to drizzle
Turn on your oven’s broiler, and place the top rack just under the heat source. Brush the flatbread with the olive oil, and lay it on a baking sheet. Cover it with the mozzarella. In a bowl, toss the chicken with the Buffalo sauce, then arrange on top of the pizza. Drizzle more Buffalo sauce on the top to your taste.
Place the pizza under the broiler for about 2 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
